We are excited to announce May 2026’s Providers of the Month are Dr. Anthony Bienek and Gwen Hendricks! Dr. Bienek and Gwen see patients at our New Braunfels location!
Fast Fun Facts about Dr. Bienek:
- Dr. Anthony Bienek has a fraternal twin brother who lives in Wisconsin!
- He and his wife, Nicole, will celebrate 29 years of marriage this October 25th – he says his wife would kill him if he did not mention the date!
- Dr. Bienek has three sons: His oldest are 13-year-old fraternal twins! His youngest is 6. He especially enjoys seeing the world through his youngest son’s eyes, describing the experience as truly remarkable.
- In his free time, Dr. Bienek enjoys spending time with his family, jogging, weightlifting, coaching his sons’ soccer teams, and playing guitar. He also has a strong interest in art history, particularly the Impressionist and Post-Impressionist periods!
- On his adventure list: taking his boys on a Bigfoot-hunting trip or traveling to West Texas to catch a glimpse of the mysterious Marfa Lights!

- Gwen is originally from Chicago!
- Gwen moved to Texas in 2004 after joining the U.S. Army!
- Gwen reads at least a book a week (mysteries are her favorite)!
- Gwen enjoys traveling with her husband Keith. Their favorite place to visit is Hawaii!
