Dr. John D. Knight has practiced internal medicine and pediatrics in Huntsville, Texas, since 1997. A graduate of Baylor University and the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston Medical School, he completed his residency in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics and chief residency year in pediatrics in Houston before moving to Huntsville to begin practice with Huntsville Pediatric and Adult Medicine Associates and serve as a medical staff member of Huntsville Memorial Hospital. His dedication to patients earned him “Best Pediatrician” honors from the Huntsville Item, and he remains an active Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is board certified in internal medicine and pediatrics.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Knight is deeply rooted in his Huntsville community. He and his wife, Julie, have been married for 40 years and are proud parents and grandparents. Additionally, Dr. Knight enjoys woodworking, participating in the local F3 workout group, and music, and plays saxophone on the worship team at University Heights Baptist Church, where he serves as a deacon.
