About the provider:
Alida Askren is a board-certified family nurse practitioner whose clinical experience is
predominantly in emergency and primary care. She completed her Bachelor and Master of
Science in Nursing at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Her initial
entry into healthcare was working in emergency medicine caring for a wide variety of disorders
from minor to critical physical and mental health conditions. Her true passion is in primary care
where she can build lasting relationships with patients and impact their present and future
health.
In her personal time, Alida enjoys family time, game nights, live music and travel.
