LaSean Radway is an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner who is certified to assess, diagnose and plan for the health needs of patients through all stages of adulthood up to and including geriatric patients. She has been a nurse for 20 years with experience in long-term care, skilled nursing facilities, home health and hospice. She is passionate about end-of-life care. She is a Certified Hospice and Palliative care nurse, certified through the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association. In her free time, LaSean enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and live music.
