- Dr. Wallis is a 6th-generation Texan whose family has a cattle ranch dating back to 1878 — nearly 150 years of Texas history.
- Dr. Wallis served as a team physician for Texas State and the Houston Oilers’ summer camp and was recognized as a Texas Monthly Super Doctor for 16 years.
- Dr. Wallis is an avid runner and snow skier-even at nearly 13,000 feet-who proudly runs on one simple training philosophy: More Miles = More Blue Bell icecream
