WELCOME, DR. STEPHENSON

Written by Andrew A. Mendoza

This month we celebrate yet another physician joining the ranks of Genesis Medical Group – Dr. Ryan Stephenson.

DR. STEPHENSON attended medical school at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, where he greatly excelled. After becoming a doctor of osteopathic medicine (DO) there, he was accepted into the highly competitive Otolaryngology Head and Neck residency program in Philadelphia, where he developed his expertise in a range of ENT disorders and conditions.

After completing his residency program in Philadelphia, Dr.Stephenson relocated to Houston with his wife, who also practices medicine and specializes in minimally invasive surgery.

Dr. Stephenson takes pride in his bedside manner and his ability to connect with patients. In addition to building good relationships with people, his primary goal is to establish trust with each one of his patients, leading to more productive doctor’s visits and customized care for everyone.

In his free time, Dr.Stephenson enjoys playing soccer, tennis, and golf, as well as trying new restaurants and spending time with his family and dogs.
